3. 💳 Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
  • We accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • For COD orders, the full payment must be made at the time of delivery.
  • Orders once confirmed cannot be modified. However, you may contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to request a change.
  • Rassaj reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier services, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Rassaj.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
