At Rassaj, we are committed to delivering your favorite abayas quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

🚚 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, promotions, or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS, email, or WhatsApp with tracking details (where available).

📍 Delivery Locations

  • We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and more.
  • Remote and far-flung areas may take additional delivery time and may incur extra charges.
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. For international orders, please contact us directly.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, political situations, or other factors beyond our control.

💵 Shipping Charges

  • 🚚 Standard Delivery: PKR 250 (flat rate) across Pakistan
  • 🎁 FREE Delivery on orders above PKR 3,000
  • 🌍 Remote Area Surcharge: Additional PKR 150–250 may apply for remote locations (you will be notified before dispatch)

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover.
  • The courier partner may verify your order via phone call before dispatch.
  • Order confirmation is mandatory for COD orders. Orders that are not confirmed may be cancelled.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner's website or by contacting us.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

In the rare event of any delivery issue, please review the following:

  • 📞 Wrong Address: Rassaj is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges will apply.
  • 📦 Undelivered Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
  • 🚫 Refusal at Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without a valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.
  • 🕵️ Lost or Damaged Parcels: In case of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
