📦 Exchange Policy
- Customers must notify us within 2 days of receiving their order to request an exchange.
- Exchanges will be accepted in cases where there has been an error from our side during the order process, such as receiving the wrong item, size, or color.
- If a customer wishes to change the size, color, or product after receiving the order, the exchange can be facilitated subject to product availability.
- All courier and exchange charges will be borne by the customer.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
💰 Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
- Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product received has a manufacturing defect or damage.
- Any issue regarding a defective item must be reported within 2 days of delivery, along with clear pictures or videos for verification.
- Once the issue has been verified, an appropriate refund or replacement will be processed.
