Exchange & Refund Policy

At Rassaj, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Customers must notify us within 2 days of receiving their order to request an exchange.
Exchanges will be accepted in cases where there has been an error from our side during the order process, such as receiving the wrong item, size, or color.
If a customer wishes to change the size, color, or product after receiving the order, the exchange can be facilitated subject to product availability.
All courier and exchange charges will be borne by the customer.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where the product received has a manufacturing defect or damage.
Any issue regarding a defective item must be reported within 2 days of delivery, along with clear pictures or videos for verification.
Once the issue has been verified, an appropriate refund or replacement will be processed.
